Return & Refund Policy

At xstylishclotheswldxh Holdings, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the procedures and conditions for cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please read this document carefully before initiating any return or refund request.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that orders already in transit cannot be canceled. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are not in their original condition may be rejected or subject to a partial refund at our discretion.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  2. Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging
  3. Include all original tags, accessories, and documentation
  4. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package
  5. Ship the package to our return address (provided with your RMA)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the returned items, excluding original shipping and handling fees (unless the return is due to our error). Sale items may only be eligible for store credit at our discretion.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company as processing times may vary. If you've confirmed with your financial institution that the refund has not been processed, please contact us immediately with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Date of purchase
  • Date of return
  • Shipping tracking number (if applicable)
  • Details of your communication with your financial institution

We will investigate the matter promptly and keep you informed throughout the process. In cases where a refund cannot be processed to your original payment method, we may offer alternative solutions such as store credit or check payment.
